BIOGRAPHY

Barbara Marchetti's total years of involvement in the world of talent and recruiting and helping companies find talent is well over three decades. Barbara represents The Leddy group. The Leddy Group is a staffing company that places people in entry to mid level positions predominantly throughout New Hampshire. In the Seacoast they are hires in accounting and administrative roles, HR engineering, industrial skills and manufacturing. Their sister company helps people with barriers to employment, that is, someone who has a disability, find meaningful jobs, so two very different offerings, but common goal is helping people find meaningful employment. Barbara’s involvement with the Leddy Group as a consultant is helping identify the means of finding people, identifying employers in the area and customizing programs that will help them leverage the talent that they're looking for. And sometimes get creative about that. The other side of Barbara’s company is C Suite Corp. C Suite Corp has been involved in finding senior executives for well over 25 years.
